Clear your Bose product memory of previously-connected Bluetooth devices

Your Bose product remembers the last several devices it connected to, allowing for quick reconnection. If you experience an issue with device memory, you may need to clear it by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for 15 seconds or until you hear the voice prompt, then try to reconnect. You might also need to remove the product from the Bluetooth settings on your device.

Pair your speaker to a new device

Press the power $\"icon\"$ button to turn on your Bose Bluetooth speaker.
Hold down the Bluetooth $\"icon\"$ button until the light starts blinking blue. This indicates the speaker is in pairing mode.
Go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and select the Bose speaker from the list. For more details on different device types, see the section below.
Once connected, the speaker will either make a sound or the light will stop blinking. You're now paired and ready to use your speaker.
