Check the connection light to confirm whether the transmitter is connected to the system or not
The connection light is the closest to the MUTE button and should be solid blue. If the light is turned off, try pairing the transmitter to the channel again.
Check the power light to make sure the transmitter is powered on
The wireless transmitter power light should be white, indicating that it's on.
Try another channel
If you try another channel and it works, the issue could be with the channel and not with the transmitter.
Move the transmitter closer to the system (within 20 ft or 6 m) and away from any interference or obstructions.
You may be experiencing interference and need to move closer to the system.
Reset the Wireless Transmitter
Factory resetting a wireless transmitter clears all pairing information and returns it to original factory settings.
On the transmitter, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds until the power light turns off. Then try to power on the transmitter.
Check the connection light to make sure the transmitter isn’t muted
When audio is muted, the connection light blinks blue. Press the MUTE button to unmute the wireless transmitter.
