To replace an ear cushion, follow these steps:
- Remove the ear cushion and use a dry cloth to clean any debris from the earcup surface. (Debris can impede the adherence of the adhesive strips, which provide added stability)
- Remove the old adhesive strips
- Position the new adhesive strips on the left and right side of the ear cup. Leave one side of the adhesive backing in place
- Apply pressure to the adhesive strips to adhere them to the earcup
- Peel away the adhesive backing
- Attach the new ear cushion. Make sure the cushion skirt is inserted in the earcup groove the entire way around earcup
- With the cushion in place, apply pressure over the two adhesive strips
