QQMusic QPlay does not detect system | SoundTouch® 20 Series II Wi-Fi® Music System
Manually trigger the QQMusic app to rescan for QPlay devices.
The QQMusic app does not continuously scan for QPlay devices. It typically takes 30 to 60 seconds for the QQMusic app to auto-rescan for QPlay devices. To avoid waiting for the app to auto-rescan, manually trigger a rescan by doing one of the following:
- In the QQMusic app settings, disable and then re-enable the QPlay feature
- Close and restart the QQMusic app
Starten Sie Ihren Router neu.
Router müssen gelegentlich zurückgesetzt werden – ähnlich wie ein Computer neu gestartet wird. Trennen Sie dazu den Router für 30 Sekunden vom Strom, und warten Sie, bis er wieder hochgefahren ist und eine Verbindung herstellt. (Hinweis: Während des Zurücksetzens werden alle Geräte, die mit dem Internet verbunden sind, unterbrochen.)
