Be sure all settings have been saved to a scene prior to turning off power.
If the ToneMatch mixer is turned off or power is removed before saving all settings into a scene, those settings will be lost. For information on saving scenes, see Loading and saving scenes.
If the product reset restored the T1 to working order, the unit's firmware may be out of date.
If the T1 firmware is not 1.7 or higher, it will need to be updated. For information on checking the firmware version, see Checking the software or firmware version. For information on updating the firmware version, see Updating the software or firmware of your product.
